When dueling I go 3/0/3 to keep you from doing any cheeky overs or unders and subconciously force you into attacking my center where it's the easiest to block and chamber.
That's pretty smart honestly, Ive been running 2/3/1 but I find the head armor doesn't do enough for the point cost. I might run a build like yours. Even in front line I try to stick to the outskirts and pick off solos so maybe it'll help me get the chamber timing down

here's the thing, all the really skilled players i've dueled have all been in full heavy armour. i almost never see any actually skillful players in anything but full heavy armour. medium legs at the very least.

I think it's more on if he did do that, he'll lose the rapier which is also part of the character cosplay
I've found my son and his name is War Axe. I've had weapon commitment issues since I could never find the right balance between range, speed, and power, but the war axe's overwhelming power and ability to launch slain foes across the battlefield is what I needed in my life.
I am intrigued and now have an idea for a new mercenary build to try out.
Also hadsimilar, the teamkiller had killed me 3 times in a short span and apparantly he had enough friends on the server to votekick me for starting a kick of my own.
votekicks need to be anonymous and need to have a reason field. Otherwise it's just easily used for abuse like this.
I had some dude in a duel server take my name and try to get me kicked by running around murdering other people
The dude I was dueling vouched for me and put up a kick vote on the fake gongi.
funny thing is every time the fake me tried to kill me I'd just 1 tap him to the head because he had no armor on and it's REAL ESTOC STAB HOURS BOYZ
me and a buddy made it our mission to put spikes in front of reds back spawn on mountain pass as blue team. We got like 15 people between us before they finally tore it down.

Just saw two dudes have one of the most intense duels I've seen on Frontlines in the dungeons in Grad for 5 minutes until Zweimaster3000 helicoptered through, taking both them and like 4 of his other allies out.
God I love this game.
Is this game easy to get into for a beginner?
I'd say so. It's not really complicated, the skill is more based on mind games. If you get through and understand the tutorial, you basically know all there is to know.
Bear traps are fun. In frontline somebody is always guaranteed to run into it. Usually a teammate.
A 2019 game having a votekick system from 2004 is what annoys the fuck out of me tbh. It needs to be more automatic.
There's no stupid secret strats or anything so yeah.
I like using the longsword more than the greatsword, but it sure as hell isn't as sexy as the claymore.
