Because there's been talk of setting up another court house (like we had in the 2016 iteration) I've drafted my proposal for the community Law Book outside the town hall at spawn. Why does that keep happening?
I changed portal behavior a tad to try make it better and then it didn't make it better so I tried making it 'worse' again but it doesn't seem to work (at least not for Terry).
Are your portals correctly lined up 8:1 Surface:Nether?
I find that issue usually happens when the nether-side portal can't spawn in a so it spawns offset, making a new surface side portal that's can be some distance away.
1.14.1 comes out today, correct?

I came home tired and the first thing I did was blindly update to Paper20 (1.14.1). They unofficially made this an unstable build because of various issues, but I wasn't aware. After running it for a few minutes I figured out it really wasn't ready yet. RAM usage higher than the set limit and the CPU getting fried doing absolutely nothing. Hence I roll-backed to Paper15 (1.14). I'm sorry for the inconvenience everyone!

Whitelist doesn't have a limit afaik, play whenever you can.
