Is The Revision worth looking back anymore, i've only rather played a few levels it before I then turned back to the original. I'm curious to make a full go of it to spice up the usual playthrough of Dues Ex.
tsar: Ever thought of modding in an Illuminati gun? A pistol that fires the elite themselves as projectiles, they explode into gibs on impact and kill everything in a ten ft. radius. i have found purpose in my life, this will be done Coolgame8013: Is The Revision worth looking back anymore, i've only rather played a few levels it before I then turned back to the original. I'm curious to make a full go of it to spice up the usual playthrough of Dues Ex. if you want to spice up a Deus Ex playthrough without compromising the integrity of the original game, get GMDX. i cannot stress how good it is
literally my only complaint about it is that they took out this beautiful feature from an older version of it for good reason, its ridiculous as fuck but i still loved it
mm savage
I've never actually finished a playthrough of the original Deus Ex. The clunky gameplay turns me way off... Would it be heresy to try and play through with something like GMDX or does it change things too much?
i don't think it would be heretical at all, it keeps that good good deus ex flavor
How do i make the most silent take down?
crowbar -> canal
talk about deus ex and deus ex mods but only the first deus ex A bunch of pretentious old men, playing at running the world.
but I like all of them can I not talk about them?
i just make the rules I don't enforce them
I like the part with the orange soda
allow me to post my dissertation on why the maintenance man and shannon are the true antagonists in deus ex. he put in the lemon-lime, she stole the credits, it all makes so much sense
The GEP gun is always the most silent way to eliminate Manderley.
Stuck with the prod. Prod with the prod.
Human Revolution was a worthy sequel and Mankind Divided wasn't that bad.
I actually downloaded Human Revolution last night, going to try a pacifist play through. I imagine it will last around 15 minutes before I start murdering again.
it isn't that i don't like the HR and MD, its more that i love the original more than i could ever love them. HR and MD had much greater production value than the original did and thus had less of the jank and weirdness.
I only played through HR once and didn't really find the interest in completing it again after that.
My only gripe with DXMD is that the loading times are godawful
i will probably update the OP when i feel like it to be more inclusive of all deus ex and deus ex-related things
~$5 seemed a more than fair price for Mankind Divided. I want to give it a fair shake, but I'm like a few minutes in and it's already crashing. https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/114338/44ada0e4-9bfd-47c9-8449-06efe477591b/DXMD_2018-05-22_19-14-54.png Here, to be specific. Ugh.
Deus Ex is currently $1 https://store.steampowered.com/app/6910/Deus_Ex_Game_of_the_Year_Edition/
