The reason they didn't make the dentons just nano-augmented MiBs is probably because of that. They were designed to be just machines basically.
also if i myself were an MiB doing dirt for MJ-12, you can fuckin bet i'd be paranoid about half-human hybrids and androids and stuff. lizard people is probably one of the LESS absurd things an MiB has heard of.
