Can't wait for this to go public, and for it to support HL2 and custom content.
Say what you will, but the first thing I want to do with this is make music videos for some songs I like. There are a handful of songs that, when I listen to them, I just imagine a music video accompanying the song... I want to use this tool to try and recreate what I imagine. :v:
I also have ideas for videos using the Dystopia mod content.
I can quickly see voice-acting quickly becoming the bottleneck for videos with this, though.
Always before the bottleneck for my creativity has been the fact that my ideas run as films, but making animations in Garry's Mod has always been pretty asinine - thusly, I resorted to comics. I sacrifice the fluidity of motion, but gain the ability to have dialog be done without the need for voice-acting.
With this tool, I can now have the fluidity of motion, but lose the ability to have unvoiced dialog. It will be interesting.

I should probably go look for that then, I think I can settle working hard at that quality, I used it before but only shat out one video before my computer was wiped, I remember making one I liked that I lost though... Well it took much practice to get to know my way around the SFM, but once you get the hang of it... it's still pretty damn hard with all the bugs and crashes occasionally happening. The sound mixing done in post also consumed a big amount of my time, so it's not exactly a walk in the park.

Is the syncing hard to do? I mean, I know that each character is one take, but do you see the other chars when you do each take?
