I love it when FP gets a new, high quality user. Those videos seem good, the first one has pretty good lip sync in my opinion.

First one is the best, second one I never recompiled the map, third one's lighting got screwed up in render, and the 4th one crashed 6 times while making it and took 20 minutes to render while it estimated 2.

Lipsyncing was harder since there were no phonemes, I had to make all the mouth poses manually, but I think it came out quite nice. Since the original map was really bright, had to do some gamma correction in after effects.

Here's a small, unfinished clip from something I'm working on. I'm trying to re-create an entire scene from Pulp Fiction. First time I've done any animating, and the first thing I've created in SFM, so here goes.

I've not got around to a lot of things yet, so it's still a bit sketchy, such as there being no finger animation, and the gun that the demo is holding is a bit off when it appears to fly into view, and not line up with where he's shooting properly.

I'm gonna get used to Samuel L. Jackson's voice for the Demo. It's gonna be weird hearing otherwise.
