First thing I've made: I'm not very good at this.
use rotation to animate instead of moving the bones, those arms are nightmare fuel
I woke up at about 3 am last night because I had a dream similar from 0:00 to about the 50 second mark so I had to make a video of it and uploaded it at 6 am. The part after it I don't really remember why I made that.
Here's my crappy attempt, but still WIP.
Well, i don't know. :v:
Is he doing what I think he's doing? Making scrambled eggs?

my friend made this video and it's funny as fuck
From what I've seen so far there are two kinds of Source Filmmakers. 1. People who aren't afraid to move the camera 2. Everyone else. As a viewer I can tell you that nothing kills the pace of even a short clip like a static camera. There are exceptions, but I think either your character/s need to be in motion or the camera does during most scenes. And in those scenes where both camera and character are stationary, try to limit the length of that shot.
I'm not too happy with the lip syncing.

Language barriers are a bitch
this took a while, still only halfway though
I'm quite pleased with the result.
That's pretty good. It's a perfect example of using camera movement as a key component of your video. Even though the characters are frozen in place the video is still dynamic in feel because there is motion, without going all shakycam. There is even a story here because at the start of the video I have one understanding of what is going on, but by the end I have a completely new perspective of what's happening.
Well I improved my previous video, still WIP. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GbDIa6X_dd0
Satisfied with results.
New little thing I made. I might improve on it sometime later.

Voice clips are from Vice City.
Oh god dat wrist stretching at the end. Remember that one's wrist can barely rotate on that axis, it's all in the forearm.
the wrist can be like that (with some forearm rotation of course), it's just the procedural bones which don't seem to be working with IK rigs.
First preview of my fight club remake. Im aware of the bugs, valve has to fix the spec_bug. I will continue the scene, but for now im done.
Ok enough dicking around, i'm going to try to actually make quality stuff now (probably wont)
I originally followed the tutorial vids, but then decided not to, and, as you can tell, I'm just starting.
I remade another classic Geibuchan moment for fun, figured out blob and model spawning particle systems, abused the hell out of jitter, and a whole bunch of other stuff!
More playing around with SFM. I think I'm getting a bit better at it.
Thought I'd stick this here too since it would be appropriate.
