Managed to get the Kinect working to animate. Here's a little thing I made to try it out.

First thing I created after fiddling with the tool for a few hours. Couldn't make the rocket launcher disappear during the final taunt, even after I added an animation set to it. Help anyone?

medic's fingers move way too fast and pyro looks like he's having a seizure, doesn't seem too natural. but i guess it's a wip.
