oh yeah, strange that I didnt notice that
Haha yeah, I pulled it down into his body to stop it from being in the way, And then Lowered his turtleneck thing :)
A little experiment messing with the taunts and exporting and then importing. I plan to use the knowledge for future projects.
I realised I had made a pretty big error only after I uploaded it
more fiddling, starting to get the hang of this.
I've spent around 100 hours working on this...hope you enjoy it :)

Learning how to do animation on static models now, first time ever really trying it, on any program. However for the most part this video was just trying out loading custom maps (PS: the animation I was talking about is at the end) Oh yeah I also did all the voices in this.
Fixed a lot, going to work on the actual posing of the Heavy on the rocket now, but I'm proud of it so far.
first try

Still trying to get the hang of animating characters more realistically. I guess I turned down the blurriness of the shadows before rendering as they come off very pixelated near the end :(
Thanks Uglehs for the tip on animating specific body parts. I think that it could be applie to custom running animations, where the legs run normally but the body is different. Will test tomorrow.
A friend recently got F:NV, decided to make this *WARNING* Vomit-inducing lipsync
So yeah I made some Kanye West
What export settings should i use for my video? MPEG darkens it no matter what gamma adjust i use, perhaps i shouldn't use MPEG4? Should i use H.264, Uncompressed or one of the other formats with certain settings? AVI seems to have horrible playback on Windows Media Player though Seeing as i've been rated dumb, i'm going on the assumption that i've missed something somewhere
This is my first fully animated video. Sure hope I can get the hang of animating.
Here's my first video that isn't just an animation test. I think the animations could still use work (Need to use the graph editor, and not just the motion editor), but I'm getting better.
Did a quick test to see what the Atlas and P-Body rigs animated like. I think I' will need to expand this.

Look! Another test video in SFM with TF character parodying famous movies. Anyway, my first one, just want to show it someone.
Lipsync is a bit gummy, but the lighting is alright.
I tried to really fine-tune the eyebrows, eyelids, mouth, lips, and tongue after the auto-lipsync. Just a test to see if I could.
Still very rough, working on detailing the animation, this is mostly a lighting test and a conceptual render.
Sorry for all the probably dumb questions, but I'm having a problem exporting Playing the scene so far in SFM is fine, no problems there, but once I try to export the scene starts exporting from the middle of my second shot, instead of at the beginning. Playing the movie afterwards just gives me blank video and garbled audio [editline]14th July 2012[/editline] I managed to get the videos working, but I still can't get them to start exporting in the right place [editline]14th July 2012[/editline]
more practice!
Started this off as a lipsynch/lighting/camerawork test, but it may become a full video if I can get rid of those white lines.
This is my version of Meet the heavy: First non-test video, I did have some issues with muzzle flash.
How bad it is ? :v:
