Not actually doing this just looking for feedback on the animation.

I know the Scout's animation is really bad. I just wanted the Spy to hit something.

Does nucleus run fine for you? It's the only stock TF2 map I've run into so far that gives me performance issues.

I'll stick to animating in 3ds Max but for setting up scenes and whatnot SFM is amazing.

This was pretty interesting, the first real Source filmmaker horror I've seen. I hope you develop this further.

Only thing is canned voice clips don't cut it. For something like this you'll need at least one guy saying lines you've written for the main character of the movie, if you have that you can use the canned lines for the other secondary characters.
