This video may not seem like much but the implications are great. Basicly this vid shows that hat color can easily be changed in game with mutliple hats being different colors. The hat changing colors was a test to see if i could force an animation set on it. It worked for the most part.

I've been working couple hours on my video for now and then it crashes, and when I open SFM work everything is freaking pitch black.

A very rough draft of a concept I started work on last night. This was a couple hour's work- what I like about setting challenging scenes up is how much you learn. I thought it was worth sharing as a storyboard/work in progress.

That is the most petty thing I have ever heard.
I started making these videos after I noticed a pattern in which my WORST subscribers, more often than not, would react violently to ponies or anything that they could twist into being pony related. I just decided to straight up make some pony videos in order to quickly and easily get rid of them.
I'm not trying to troll anyone or anything. I just couldn't stand to have another self entitled jackass tell me what to do in my videos! So I took measures to get rid of them.
And I'm sorry to say this, but you are exactly the kind of person that I'm trying to get rid of.

But seriously, the animation is actually quite enjoyable. The lip-synch could be a touch better, but that's forgivable. You're write that the animation is a bit inconsistent, but certainly in acceptable limits. It seems some animations are a bit stiffer than others.
