You did a good job using all those assets(map, truck, sound effects), but you could benefit by easing up on the lighting. Try to be more consistent in how you use it. Realistic doesn't mix well with overbright, go one way or the other. Finally, the Scout's audio clips are all over the top, they really make movies feel dumb when I hear them. I'd suggest using clips from a male character out of HL2 instead.

I'm also thinking of doing the scene where he splits, though I wish i could find a clip of the original cut of that scene, because I always liked it more.

To lighten a video up, export it as an Image Sequence and then compile all those frames together in a program like VirtualDub. There is a tutorial [URL="http://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1200056"]here[/URL] on the matter.

I did an SFM recreation of an Egoraptor animation. This was my first time using the Graph Editor for lipsync and man it is a world of a difference how much better it is!

I always do it manually but I smooth it a bit, I don't think it looks off time.

It also has some more dialogue between him and bad ash. There used to be a video of it on youtube but i can't find it anymore.
