You seem to be getting better with character animation. Speaking of which I still gotta get around to making an advanced buttery smooth animation tutorial.
So I've concluded that while SFM is great with TF2 models, it seems that everything made with P2 models and such comes out [I]waaaay[/I] better, is that just because the models are simpler or what?

It's because they're shinier, not to mention made with a newer engine and therefore higher specs in mind.

Found a Bendy model in the Portal 2 DLC2 files. I don't think he's the player model since he has some odd animations that you don't see in game. I messed up the audio compression in MediaCoder but, I'll up it next time.

He is a player model, but only in the level designer.

It's a good idea, but executed very poorly. Maybe you should speed up the walking, or better yet, have it so the robot walks slowly to the engineer, he tries to shoot, but misses/deflects/what have you and then the robot kills him in some gruesome way. Just throwing out some ideas for ya.

Just a test. I think I did pretty decent with the manual lip-syncing, considering it was my first time doing it.
