It doesn't, I apologize. In my previous video which is connected to this one, a turret is saying "hello" at the end, and it's supposed to connect. Probably should have made it more clear, but I couldn't think of anything :\ I'll have to watch that in the future though, thanks for making me aware!

how do i lipsync
No seriously I am not good with lipsyncing everytime I try it fucks up and goes overboard with the mouth flex sliders in the animation
