This started as just me saying "K, let's make the Sniper move and get on with it." then I started doing details and stuff and made his glasses fly off, then I made his hat rattle, and the list went on and on until I actually had my first decent person animation! I'm pretty happy with it considering I'm much better at animating creatures and robots than I am at people humans.

This was made with pretty much full 32bit (128 full in total) color, too bad youtube raped the crap out of it.

That's a pretty novel idea. I think it would benefit more from hand-done camera motion via puppeteering rather than animation-set/graph editor animation. Just smoother 'er out a little after filming and you'll have something that looks natural but not disorientating.

I think I found a method for better quality GIFs. If you notice in my previous ones you can see the coloration loss.
