Great walk cycle tutorial, probably one of the best I've seen:

One common mistake I seem to find in beginner walkcycles is that there's absolutely no hip/pelvis motion. When you walk, your pelvis rotates as it's being pushed around by your leg bones, and this, to a small degree, also affects your back and shoulders. It's much like how a supermodel might walk around in an exaggeratedly seductive way, moving her hips left and right and all that jazz, but obviously it's a lot sexier than when you or I do it.
Yes, even guys do it too, but of course not in the way that a supermodel does unless they're super metro. You miss out on the hip/pelvic/back motion and it looks stiff and weightless when the character should look like they're sort of falling into each step. That is of course what we humans do afterall.

[QUOTE=Derp Y. Mail;39619177]Work in progress Maya animation later to be applied in SFM. Same let's player as last time I animated, except the clip is longer. More body-language practice! yay!

Very good, but i have some tips(nothing that takes that much away from the experience though).
There's little body movement. Adding some torso movement, even slightly, can really help deliver better looking animation, imho.
And the way medic closes his eyes is pretty ugly, it's just the lower lid going up, and that's pretty gmoddish, you can change that with... how was it called, multi_lid slider?
Anyways, if you close your model's eyes, and play with that slider, it changes where both lids will close at.
Last, but not least, put more dof samples in the render, will get rid of the grain
