I juste saw some parts in the last project that make me laugh, because its too heterogeneous.
But if you can say there is much more skill then obviously the overall quality is less spread.
I'm just afraid of giant quality gap between two guys.

There is nothing wrong with quality gaps between two participants, the collab is meant to have strange plot because of the inability to see the whole project. If you're so fancy you could create your own collab and only accept those who you think are worthy

That gap is still completely possible. Everything depends on the effort put in.
Sorry if I'm taking too long. I've been busy and haven't actually had time to just sit down and work on this.
Ok, I'm preoccupied with schoolwork and moving things and all kinds of stuff right now. It's going to take a week or two at least so if someone else wants to volunteer to go before me, that'd be great. I'll just let you know when I'm ready to be put back in and you can set me at the end or roll dice and put me in a random spot on the list or something, is that ok?
Don't worry, it's not anything emotionally difficult or anything. Just regular work that I need to do now and get it done.

To be fair, if Chao can even estimate how much time he'll be setback, then he should switch out with someone else on the list so that he can do it when he can put away enough time.
