I find it very poor. I mean, just the torso animation? What about the facial animation? Or post processing? I smoothed some of the torso in sfm, now it looks a little bit more calm.
If you're going to answer with feedback, please do it the correct way, with a good amount of stuff.
still, not writing a poem to give you feedback doesn't make him wrong.

Consider making the viewtargets more static, normally a person focuses on something instead of floating his eyes about

Those intros are both way too long, intros should be kept around or below 5 seconds.

This. Fucking this. There is nothing worse than a 1 minute intro. It's literally worse than Hitler.
Here is a quick intro we never got to use:
Keep them short.

no lights or sounds. working on the animation for a scene from what will hopefully turn into a ten minute 40k video.

You might want to use this map if you want a high-scale environment. Same as blackbox, just bigger.

I was going to use that, but I figured I'd just use the smaller one.

This is the second scene of my WIP TF2 and Back to the Future crossover. I obviously need some more help, but what I have is decent enough, I think, for my knowledge level.
Here's a link to my "blog" (which I am not using the right way), where I try to add regularly info about my filming ideas, posters etc.

I would recommend you don't use white lights as much, you should color them based off whats in the shot and what map/environment you're using. Other than that, they're pretty good.

Another wip from the same shot.
This is relevant as fuck.

Thank you for your feedback! Actually, I meant that those "posters" were just supposed to be small examples from the "actual" content from the blog (story ideas, etc.), meaning that they are just showing what the blog would contain. But thank you anyway!

I'd focus on making the photoshopped logo/text look like it fits in with the environment more, instead of looking so out of place next to all the 3D stuff and coloured stuff. o3o
As far as the actual Lighting/posing, no comment really.
This is my first animation WIP and was hoping for strong criticism on the animation

Haven't done anything with camera animation or lighting yet. I just want some pointers and harsh criticism on the animation.
It's gonna be about Spiderman being in the wrong bathroom and having to fight an embarrassed ninja. Video is gonna be about 1-2 min long when finished with the fighting and story parts.

0:00 - 0:09 The light should be angled more downward and tone down the intensity so it's not obvious that there's a dynamic light over his head.

0:05 Maybe around here, have another clip of the same scene except zoomed in closer to his face.
0:09:13 This frame is solid black.
0:09 - 0:34 I would tone down the bloom due to the foggy overcast.
0:09 - 0:13 Medic's back should bend down at every compression. This would also fix his stiff arms snapping in and out.
0:09 - 0:13 I understand why you made his hands fan out at every compression but it's a bit much, and not all that accurate. The fingers should be crossing into one another, and if you want to give it a bit more life, have the fingers "static" while the hand bone does the little thud.
0:13 Medic reacts both reacts and moves instantly to the explosion, so I would recommend delaying his reaction in addition to slowing it down and animating the transition smoother.
0:22 - 0:29 Engie's hand should be lying flat on the ground because he's dead, maybe rotate his pelvis so it's perpendicular with the ground. The hug was nice c:

0:29 - 0:34 Medic seems a bit static while his arm is flailing around, the gun is out of sync with his hand (try locking his hand to the pistol and clearing the pistol's animation) but it's probably because you haven't gone over it yet.
Well that's just my two cents. I hope it helps.
For the GTA contest thing.

How high would you recommend the phong to be? It's raining and he needs to look wet.

i don't know about phong, but about lighting i say that you need a fill and maybe a rim light(coming from that light behind), and tweak the light colors.
unless the lighting is still WIP, then i apologise.

While attempting to get you decent 'wet' phong and rimlight settings to the model, I noticed the model in SFM wasn't even changing it's phong, and yet in model viewer it does. So then I turned it up really high.

It seems like something is limiting the phong to these two strips, but I have no idea what might be doing this.
