They are using HWM flexes from our pack?
Not yet. So far as I know, though, they're working on getting them in.

I'm going to be honest when I say that is something I don't hear very often. "Feel free to use my work in your own, but if you do, please claim it as your own! Don't give me any credit!" :v:

"...but first of all we would like to thank Alex Portman and Griogry Revzin. Without their hard this pornographic Elizabeth masterpiece would be impossible!" That doesn't look, um, good in my (imaginary) resume.

The only people who would find about the work are those who are viewing the porn anyways. And even then, it's not like you explicitly made the flexes to be used in a pornographic sense - people just found the quality of the work so amazing that they decided to borrow them for their own purposes. Should you blame the man who buys a marble chisel if it gets stolen and used to kill someone? I certainly don't think so. You didn't originally intend the flexes to be used for porn, so who in their right mind would ever put the responsibility upon you when they end up being used for it?

They are incredibly wierd and may even be somewhat disturbing, but oddly hilarious. Like that wierd poster with femscout and deformed heavies acting out a scene with tentacles, was in the v1 posters megathread. Nah. Getting credited in a porno is somewhat hilarious as well, especially in that really wierd, if you look from a certain distance, specific porno flavor: SFM 3D pornograhpy feat. HWM port of Elizabeth, star of the non-porno storlytelling masterpiece, Bioshock Infinite. That even sounds a little absurd. :v: Anyways, here's what I'm coding right now: (It's intersting that making such cheatsheets in English is way easier: e. g. the simple and definitive word "collider" will translate to long and obscure Russian expressions - "приближенная форма сетки для расчёта столкновений" - lit. aprroximate mesh shape for collision detection.) I'm just laughing at how being credited in such thing is funny and somehow dirty in a bizzarely absurd way. :)

Quick question: would it be possible to make Elizabeth's eyes slightly darker and (actually more importantly) the limbal rings a little thicker? Compare the slight character difference... [t]http://i.imgur.com/sVhQiPq.jpg[/t] (Revzin-Portman v1 with enhanced eye texture) edit a good in-game comparison to see limbal ring thickness (I feel like a jerk posting this since i'm sure you've seen the real in-game elizabeth more times than I can fathom) [t]http://jasonhjoo.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/8870_screenshots_2013-03-28_00262.jpg[/t]

The other thing is Valve's cornea texture we are using, it gives a bit sharper look to the edges. As for the color we might figure it out if I still have the PSD's of the replica.

Her eye is pretty detailed, so the thick limbal rings are definitely an artistic choice they made instead of it being an artifact of low resolution. A part of it is to make her look a bit more cartoony, yeah, but thicker limbal rings are also an indication of youth. Having less of it affects how her character comes across just a tiny bit. I'm starting to think I really need a second screen! [t] https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/91422001/liz-screens.png [/t] (Check out Liz's stylish cubism-esque colliders dress). All this stuff is progressing somewhat slower than I expected, but it's coming, it's coming...

Alright, after some experimentation with the eye texture, here's what I've found out so far. The texture.. The texture is actually okay, basically (except for the iris itself which is too big, so I've shrunk it down to be more accurate, and done some other tiny little modifications. Don't worry, I'm not actually going to release it or anything without your permission -- promise! This is all just me trying to figure out why the eye looked wonky. Education, ahoy!) So, what's screwing up the edges IS... *drum roll* This! Be sure to blow it up to see what I mean. [t]http://i.imgur.com/B7WegRG.jpg[/t] See it? It's that lens in front of the eye. It creates a diffraction (or maybe just a shader) so strong that it actually cuts into the circle at the edge, creating a harsh "break" in the line of her limbal ring [t]http://i.imgur.com/GASv6j2.jpg[/t] So the soft edge of her eye transforms to a sudden, slicing end (and note that I've already tried to darken them a bit in the experimentation.) If a way can be found to smoothen that effect, it'd be a lot closer to the original (also, I've noted that the separate eyes are mirror images of each other in Bioshock instead of straight forward duplicates in the Source Filmmaker version.) I don't know if this teaches you guys anything you don't already know, but I figured I'd give it a shot. Cheers! [t]http://i.imgur.com/40MszZI.jpg[/t]

Awesome, professional job that you're doing here :-)
[t]http://i.imgur.com/40MszZI.jpg[/t]
EYELIDS DON'T MOVE LIKE THAT
EYELIDS DON'T MOVE LIKE THAT
They do, but only along with cheeks
EYELIDS DON'T MOVE LIKE THAT
That's the only way her eye would close when she was looking in that direction. I have no explanation.
EYELIDS DON'T MOVE LIKE THAT
They do in my animes! Nah but I create bottom-eyelid flexes like that, too. Just for the sake of, if people want them, they have them.
They do in my animes! Nah but I create bottom-eyelid flexes like that, too. Just for the sake of, if people want them, they have them.
Well, it's a combination of closelid and multi_close in this case. In the TF2 models, pretty sure most positions with the eyes can get you fully closed lids without looking odd. But... it's a bit frustrating on Elizabeth, as for some reason you can get fairly unnatural closed eyes, and they're the only options because the top lid doesn't close far enough, or the bottom lid goes too far up. This actually hits the hardest because both her eyelids for each eye (top/bottom) don't work in full conjunction when she's blinking. I've had quite a few particular poses where closelid will be all the way to the max, and you'll still see half of her eye (when you shouldn't.) So... you get weird stuff like that one closed eye I posted, where you have to compromise with something that looks off, but is (seemingly) the only way to get a result. Rev, if you've got some secret magic hint for me, please divulge it :-)

Also, there's a special flex EyesSealAttn which can be used if the eyes aren't sealed properly, which can happen sometimes.
works fine [t]http://puu.sh/3ps7A.jpg[/t]
