Everything is right, except for Sniper. It's Sokolov's body.
Ah well, I know this may seem like a huge hassle but would it be possible to make these into class skins for TF2?
Is there any way we could expect this for Garry's mod?
this is great! good job.
I like how you didn't go over the top and make the characters wear metal tophats, monocles and ridiculous moustaches etc. This is steampunk done right IMHO.
Fantastic models...although There is one problem. The Bip_spine_3_1 bones Otherwise perfect
Yeah, they kinda like helper bones. Just hide them in model list.
These models are freaking sweet, and I tried MaxOfS2D idea and it seemed to work! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ocTYRHrCKBo
Ninja Nub has kindly agreed to make Gmod version of this pack, so all questions about it send straight to him. In the meantime I'll try to make TF2 version, but this probably won't work.

Quickly made a poster with two of your characters, slightly different skeletons but real friendly to work with. Love it! Holycrap this is amazing!
Now if we only had the airship models from Bioshock...
Fantastic models...although There is one problem. The Bip_spine_3_1 bones Otherwise perfect
This really could do with being sorted out. It's such as shame because otherwise these would be really fun models to use. I had a quick play about with them and saw this: http://i.imgur.com/dHSmzxB.jpg?1 So it seems that, when viewed side-by-side, the bones need to be re-sized, and moved up a bit. 'bip_spine_0' should start at 'bip_spine_1's position. 'bip_spine_1' to start at 'bip_spine_2's position. 'bip_spine_2' to start at 'bip_spine_3_1's position. 'bip_spine_3_1' itself shouldn't be there. Is there any chance to sort that out? I would have a go myself, but my HWM-making skills are the equivalent of a monkey trying to make fire. It would be awesome if it were fixed, otherwise we are all going to be seeing a lot of animations with very stiff spines.

Looks like Dishonored, Bioshock.
But I thought he stated that he don't wanna follow TF2 proportions ?
It's not a question of proportion, Dishonored's proportions are fine. No issues there. And the positions where the bones are meant to be are correctly marked out, it's just that the bones themselves have been placed incorrectly. And that 'bip_spine_3_1' bone simply takes vital skinning data away from what should be 'bip_spine_2'. Sorry if I seem unfairly critical at all, I just really like what's been attempted here, and I want these rigs to be the best that they can be :-)
I had a little bash at making a poster with your super sweet models Really easy to use and really awesome quality [thumb]http://cloud-2.steampowered.com/ugc/1119428406425613690/EC6B4E6AC4CE4D9B07CEE666D58C37F0C9F84327/[/thumb] http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=168314604

Okey i have to ask you . Do you ever plan on makeing a medieval looking pack for TF2 charchters ? Ive really been waiting for years for someone to make some decent models or skins for them (what i mean is actual new body models and such not hats n misc) Other then that these are AWESOME
Some people faced the problem with black textures instead of skingroups, if you have it you should extract pack to "tf_movies" folder.
BEHOLD! [t]http://cs538619.vk.me/u29222131/doc/353fe49c677f/tf2steampunk_promo01.jpg[/t] Pack of TF2 Characters in steampunk style. 11 models (9 classes + second version of Scout + Female Scout), all with HWM faceposing. Each model has 4 skins - two casual styles, RED and BLU. Heads are from TF2, bodies are from Dishonored. By the way - I wasn't following TF2 characters proportions on purpose, I wanted to give them more realistic look (small hands especially). !Warning! They will not work in TF2 or Gmod, only SFM.
