I don't really understand. "Certain nations have certain things." If you're talking about technology, then I'd imagine everyone had the same stuff during the time period. Territory, we've already had defined by the map. If you want to go ahead and do a CWRP, by all means do. I just don't get why we've given up on this, heh.

Well the Ottomans and the Russians weren't up to par with the Europeans, the Ottomans at this stage were still trying to throw out the janissaries to establish a more modern military while the Russians were busy getting drunk.

It's been explained pretty clearly. I am not near as educated on the Napoleonic Era as I am the Cold War era. I don't want to take the extra time out of my already busy life to try and make sure I don't make a colossal fuckup due to not understanding something or knowing something about a particular nation.

Good and I know. I have a light semester at school this spring and my personal life is in order. There is no reason why I wont be able to keep it running.

What inaccuracies can you tell of?
It's just minor shit in Europe with some of the very minor countries borders.
Keep in mind, this is 1946, and west Germany is still under control of the allies. If we start past 1949, we'll need to create west Germany.
