Hmm well the problem is that whenever I try to fill...no one really shows up. If I'm lucky and patient enough 2-3 people will join but soon leave.

The UK server is running the game under different settings (Fast cloak/ decloak,instant sandman ball regen,infinite double jumps and other stuff..)
