k dude for now i say just run it in sandbox mode and if you find something else that fits what you want edit the server and switch it over.

The plot is that we live in a poor, law-strict town, when we are overcome with unnaturally thick fog one day. That's when they show up, a few at first, then dozens. Nobody knows where they come from, or why they are like this, but we have to survive. The town is so strict that the only people with larger firepower than pistols are the Police (hence why there is pistols only, unless you get a super-good excuse)
Who's up for it? I'm not sure what gamemode to put it on, I don't want some gay DarkRP spinoff (or DarkRP period), but I do want a nice HUD and I want the players to walk/run at a normal pace (instead of sprinting at 50mph). Any suggestions?[/QUOTE]
I suggest you disable sprint entirely through console. Also, make it so only admins can spawn weapons, and spawn certain weapons at different points of the map. If everyone gets a firearm, you completely destroy the atmosphere, there's no threat. Suggest you take a look at some of the running zombies as well, and some of the more unique horror themed SNPCs, placed at key areas in the map just to scare the living fuck out of people.

Well let's get a server up right now then? Message me on Steam (freezin1804), if you want to suggest some SNPCs/maps.
I'll give it shot.
But every once in a awhile I get the black screen of death so I restart my computer. I get it just by pressing server refresh list. XD
