I may be a liar. I'll have it done tomorrow by 4:30 at the very latest, I totally blanked and forgot I had a take-home midterm to do for my journalism class due tomorrow. There's a chance it will be out tonight, but I definitely won't have the map done until tomorrow, if I need to remake it.
This is giving me a headache already. I'm confused as to what people are referring to at times because they aren't being specific and I don't have any background info besides what's on the thread. I'll get it worked out, but there may be some issues the first turn.

Yea, that's the biggest part. The other part is I need to know stuff like frequency of constructing ships/fleets, the numbers each person has, etc, and that sort of thing.

It's 1 fleet per turn per shipyard.
Right now the only shipyard anyone has is on their homeworld.
Which means 1 fleet per turn at the homeworld.
1 fleet per 2 turns*

It should be 1 for 1 >_>
