Considering that I'm completely re-doing the catalogs to a totally text-based archive now, then I could do that so long as it isn't anything major.
Forewarning: I won't change anything major, but some planets in many civs may gain or lose some resources. The map will undergo a little change by adding in a different type of labeling, and from here forth new systems aren't going to be completely random, as I've mapped out resource availability for future use.
I also plan on keeping track of resources now. Chances are none of this will be ready by next turn, so don't shit your pants or anything because you need to do some massive change.
Well I stumbled upon one of my older alien race concepts that I'd like to change the Verans to if possible.
Same appearance and caste structure and everything as it is now, just changes how they terraform shit and what they breathe.
Basically this race I used to have (Called the Ja'anth) have a symbiotic relationship with an organic plantlike material. Their atmosphere is a mixture of (in order of highest ppm to lowest ppm): Nitrogen, Chlorine, Carbon Dioxide, Fluorine, Iodine, and Astatine.
This atmospheric composition gives it a somewhat acidic nature and will slowly burn/eat away at the flesh of organisms that haven't evolved alongside it. It does not bother nonorganic material.
It's a heavy atmosphere with a light pale red colour. Organisms on planets with this atmosphere type have evolved to see through it (They effectively see 'red') but it obscures vision past 30 feet for organisms not adapted to it.
The organism they are symbiotic with is one of the most predominant organic lifeforms on the homeworld, they call the 'Hazus Vokum' or "Home Mother". It's a semi-sentient creature that propagates with seed pods crystalline in appearance. It takes in either organic material or, in extreme cases, gases toxic to it, and converts them to gases it can tolerate (effectively terraforming an area around it to have a similar atmospheric and organic material composition as the homeworld).

Ok, but i really dont see it, like how on this game someone could play peacefully. Someone still would attack it, then what?
Also, im not saying to don't play peacefully, i am saying that he at least should prepare some backup plan if someone attacks him.
