He's bringing grievances from another game into this one and trying to ruin another player's experience. He should either be not allowed to join, or made to join elsewhere on the map. There's literally no reason for him to take territory not only directly adjacent to, but also hemming in, another player. Especially not when the entire western and southern united states, all of Canada, and most of Mexico are unclaimed.

You know, usually when players have a grievance, they take it to PM with the GM. But I do see why Telepethi is complaining if he can't actually leave Michigan. Its complete bollocks if the rest of the players can take over the rest of the US while Telepethi is stuck in Michigan wondering if he should declare war with the states near him or try to find another way out. Its bad enough that there are 3 nations let alone if there were 4.
