Please start preparing for the task of preparing to send in your turns. With 3 less players the workload is cut down slightly. We are pushing more into the modern era (people are on the verge of inventing modern rifles, telegraphs, cheap steel, powerful steam engines, explosive shells, electrical lighting, etc) so it's gonna be interesting. I'm going to center the map on a players capital for this worlds Mean Time. (Like how the world map centers on London IRL). Everybody get talking about where to put it. So far the Phoenicians are gonna put in Malta because they have timezone problems. Enough people support his timezone system and I will center the map on Malta (or another city if another player does something).

Well in that case, I think the most logical thing to do would be centering the map around Bulawayo because the Zulu Empire is the greatest empire in the world and all other countries fail to meet its excellence.
