You should make mentions and rumors of it in the next turn and start it spreading then, allow us time to close borders, instutite checks, amp up medical research, etc. Plagues don't just suddenly spread to 1/4 of the world from a single soldier bitten during a war.

It took the black death 7 years do spread to almost all of Europe. Imagine something like but even more infectious in the age of more global-like travel. This disease will last for maybe 3 or 4 years before it dies out.

Travel in the 1920's was still fairly slow, though. Air travel was just beginning its stages of infancy and most traveling was done over land or via boat. Not giving us any time to react and just immediately saying to half of the players "Yeah so a good chunk of your population is currently infected with an incredibly infectious disease effective immediately, have fun" is kinda messed up.

Why am I the only one that seems to actually know anything about rocketry history? The 1920's is when a huge interest was put into it. They became more accurate, longer range, etc. I also have the top astrophysicists in Italy working for my INSA program. Ironically they were almost all in the field during the 1920's.

A central court for the Scandinavian League is proposed, so there can finally be judicial agreement between the nations. It is accepted, and the Supreme Court is located in Oslo. Open borders is agreed upon within the countries. And surprisingly, Finland accepts to have open borders too. Shortly after the Finnish parliament stated they were, "Making plans to solidify relations between the Scandinavian countries". Perhaps joining the league? Time will tell. Immigration laws are loosened, due to such a low population. Immigrants from Canada, England, Holland, Poland and Yugoslavia come in considerable amounts of numbers. Roughly 2 million in the first year. A complete review of laws in Sweden are reviewed so there are no discriminatory or racist laws. Yet another pull factor for immigrants. Women are allowed in to the army. But must pass vigorous male standards and training. The Scandinavian military expo of 1924 begins, where the nations of Sweden, Norway, and Finland compete, practice and have fun with eachother to build relations. A member of the former Qing royal family has been found murdered by a Chinese republican nationalist.
