Probably not OUT of it but that's a huge step. 3) There were like 10 leading astrophysicists alive and working in the 1920's, 6 of them were Italian, and I'm hiring all of them to work for INSA. More for military purposes than spaceflight but if I focus and re-purpose the development I can achieve it in like 5-10 years.

Most of which is ammunition, and Lebel rifles. France continues its support for the Greeks in the war against the Ottomans in whatever means necessary. Improvements on relations with Germany are still being worked out. Much of the French and German populations are now calmer about the horrors and woe of the Great War. But still, groups in both countries still seek revenge for the problems they caused their homeland. A lot of Frances destroyed farmland is almost done being rebuilt. Along with villages getting money for repairs from the government. Normal life is beginning again in eastern and southern France. A 'Recycling Movement' in many of Frances large cities such as Parisn Lyon and Bordeaux is initiated. The local governments encourage the people that recycling is good for the environment and improves the quality of life. France sends an army of 100,000 to their Spanish border armed with 150 Renault FT tanks to prevent any spill overs from the civil war. Training exercises begin with the French military to keep their soldiers at the forefront of tactics. Buying on margin is outlawed. Many of Frances major industries and corporations are against this. And threaten a boycott. Research is still put in on a new tank, plane, and semi-automatic rifle. With multiple secret advances in all of their designs. [B]The Kingdom of Romania - StaleRye [/B] [IMG]http://i.imgur.com/tj716PZ.png[/IMG] Romania continues to strengthen its ties with Czechoslovakia and announces public support for Russia's white movement. Romania makes sure its population knows about the Ottomans massacre of innocent Greek, Assyrian, and Amerinian people. Many Romanians have anti-Ottoman feelings about this and aren't afraid to stand up to a call of arms. Infrastructure is still being improved and electricity is in the homes of 60% of the population. 40% of the nations factories are run by electricity. This cuts the cost in half for running factories. In turn, saving the government money. Romania, too, begins to encourage the public to recycle. And tells the people that their overall state of well-being would be improved by doing so. Aid is still upheld with Greece in their war against the Ottomans. And Anatolia is encircled with Greek support. A deployment of troops is sent to Crimea to, 'protect it from Bolsheviks". But when they get there, Russian forces drive them out quickly after an intense firefight. At a new arms factory, the rights are bought on machining machines and production begins on the Mondragón Rifle made by the Mexicans, Swiss and used by Germans. At the same factory, a domestic copy of the Fedorov Avtomat begins production. By the end of the year, the weapons are on the front lines of Romanian soldiers and prove extremely effective against fighting the Ottomans. The only defect is the occasional jam in the rifle. Which cost the lives of around 70 soldiers. Taken from Sweden, the Romanian military begins to for separate branches for the army, navy, and air force. With tanks and infantry being two separate units. Buying on margin is outlawed just as other countries have been doing. And some industries are angered at this. The jobs created help the economies of both countries. But not majorly. A law is passed in the German parliament that is anti - buying on margin. It's stated that it isn't illegal, but you must have some proof of economic stability before doing so. Traffic laws are establish in Germany. Vehicles must now drive on the right and their are no speed limits for inter-city travel. 30MPH is the limit in cities. The local Polizei are given vehicles to enforce the laws. Renovation of airstrips for civilian purposes begins. And fight schools in Bon and Berlin are created for Germans wanting to fly. Methods are established for factories to become more efficient, such as the production line, and train-bed travel. The German car industry is booming with sales world-wide up 80 %. Most of the sales are in the US, France and Netherlands. This gives German and foreign investors the ability to renovate old factories in Germany that went bankrupt. Much of the German population works in the factories now. With a steady wage and overall O.K state of safety. Dutch investors invest in weapons factories in Germany. They do this because much of Germany has factories to be put to their use. The economy is making money at the moment but there is still a massive amount of debt to be handled. And money in the country is worth what people want it to be. The "SchwarzWagen 1" tank design is unveiled. It is called the tankette. They are much smaller and faster than the tanks of the Great war. Also with the weapons being interchangeable. The Mauser K90 is created. With a key focus on simplicity and reliability. A young artist by the name of Adolf Hitler is accepted into art school and is said to possess "great talent". The leader of the country personally commissions a painting to be hung in his private quarters. [B]The White Movement - Salricci[/B] [IMG]http://i.imgur.com/lafgIRu.png[/IMG] White Russia tells the people of the Caucasus to revolt, if they do , and white Russia is victorious, they'll be given autonomy. And perhaps independence. To the White advantage, they riot and revolt. However, the revolt is crushed by communist forces within weeks. But, the idea of a free state with the backing of White Russia is alive and strong with the people. Defenses in the White held areas are built to the best of their ability. The White Army is told to stay in a defensive position, only using hit and run style tactics. This proves efficient in taking out oncoming Bolshevik forces. As much population of men as possible, willing too, in white held areas, are conscripted. In all, about 500,000 men. Mutual funds and Semi automatic rifles begin research. With the creation of the USSR, the soviets gain strength and take back much of the famine stricken areas and the far east. They plea with ambassadors, diplomats and foreign governments to send aid, weapons, specialists and trainers to assist them . The Household responsibility system is set up. Doctor clinics are expanded by getting schools to train doctors. Once their trained, they'll be able to vaccinate and run clinics. The Northern Expedition continues, The strong army links up with the Marshal of Manchuria to cut off the Shandong peninsula. They use air power and naval support to make them surrender. The army cuts off supply lines to the enemy armies and isolates them. Once they surround them, they bombard them with air and artillery support. This proves very effective. Once the battle is over, any remaininng enemies are integrated in to the KMT army. As the KMT army grows stronger, they start an offensive along the coast. It contains multiple surprises assaults and overwhelms enemy positions. However, even though the KMT is winning the war, and the peoples support, they are taking millions of casualties in their operations. Economic zones are set up in cities, and peasant and industrial cooperatives are expanded in to TVE's. Rail lines, and telephone lines are effortlessly expanding in a move to modernize the countries infrastructure. Stock exchanges, investment banks and enterprises are set up too. Research still continues on the countries technology. [B]The Dutch Empire - Native Hunter[/B] [IMG]http://i.imgur.com/vQGIm7o.png[/IMG] The Empire begins to fund communist rebels in Spain. And declares war on the Kingdom of Belgium. The invasion is swift, the weak Belgium army and war weary populace put up little to no fight. Only a few hundred Dutch are killed in the invasion. The King of the Netherlands state, 'This is to unite the great Dutch Empire with it's Belgian brothers'. Even though the invasion is a complete surprise, the Dutch soldiers show brotherly and friendly feelings to the local population. Assuring them they are not there to hurt them. And only "do what was right". Victorious Dutch forces march in to Brussels with only a few Belgians even attempting to put up a fight. But are dealt with quickly. In major Dutch cities, while this is going on, rapid urbanization and industrialization begins. Making the Netherlands an industrial power house. The government looks to the technology of modern windmills to power the country by generating electricity. Much of which is for the factories and harbors of the country. Tanks, planes and ship parts begin to churn out of Dutch factories at a fast rate. All while Dutch port cities institute a free trade policy to benefit the growing economy. Dutch investors buy out 100s of German factories that were abandoned to build parts for their products. Everything from cars, radios, to tanks and ammunition. The Bronzlew branch of the military is created and tank turrets that can shoot gas and fire are being developed. Sweden informs Finland that the door to the league will always be open to them whether they want to or not. The death sentence is illegalized and a program begins to modernize prisons in the country. The maximum sentence is now 50 years, but can be extended if the criminal is deemed dangerous. A state religion is removed in Sweden. Sweden openly welcomes all peace loving people. A small force is sent to help Finland in Russia. A policy of a small elite military is adopted and the draft is not required. The training however is very hard and last 6 months. Standards to enter are also raised, and you can no longer get in through blood. Nobility is still welcome into the officer ranks, but they must be able to match the lower class soldiers. A central bank in the league is proposed and a common currency. All accept and it is to ready by 1925. And it forces nations to take part in global crisis. But people question whether or not it will work. Structure is maintained through out the colonies. Making sure the minimum wage and laws are maintained throughout all the countries . The government pressurizes local banks that buying on margin is bad for the economy and should ban it. Research begins on faster more powerful planes. The Irish Free States is declared independent from the United Kingdom. Taxes are raised on large stable business and corporations, using the tax for the newly formed Youth Front as monthly stipends for their service. Greek customs are imposed in Constantinople, stating that "Those who wish to support the Turkish massacre of Greeks will be moved after the war into East Anatolia." The Youth Front now supports arms and munitions minor factories and farms to support the war in Anatolia. The Aluminum industry is subsidized for military equipment as mass production of war materials give the country a boost. Greece lowers the funds to any state-funded technological advances in order to fund the war effort. Many people doubt it is even possible to send a man in space let alone the moon, and many politicians find this agency ludicrous. An attempt is made to hure Russian Konstantin Tsiolkovsky, but the government refuses to do so. Testing facilities are built on the island of Rhodes and outside the town of Cutro, The railroad network begins to expand. A system of smaller light rail trams/trollies in bigger cities as a mode of public transit are established. And a modest fee is charged to ride. Hospitals are built in southern Italy. Plans are made to build a bridge between the island of Sicily and the southern tip of Italy. Private investors and corporations are encouraged to Try and best the Italian National Space Agency in their Race to Space" to create competition and drive innovation. War is declared and Italy invades Ethiopia. Quickly annexing the country within months. Research on rocket parts begins. And rice is subsidized.
