Germany is in the wrong in attacking Austria after a terrorist strike that most probably was not sanctioned by the Austrians. I'm prepared to get involved along with Russia if Germany doesn't admit it's wrong and it's allies of France and Poland do not back off.

Once I'm done with the invasion, I'm going to let them keep their government, but we are going to own the land. Nothins really gonna change. Plus they fudgen bombed us, I ain't gonna let them get away with that.

Belarus are proper scared because I moved a few of my military units around. I meant that having Germany joining in may deter Belarus from attacking me. I have no immediate plans to fight the Russians. I do not support the German invasion of Austria, however I am supplying them aid in return for them investing in stuff.
