It's back up. It was locked for testing. I've changed many things. Also, there's fast downloading, so downloads will take a very short amount of time.

The official VM Zombie RP server. Tends to be based in gm_atomic, though we have switched to gm
_aftermath and rp_salvation and even zombiesurvival_b5. The last map is obviously only for when an admin leaves and they feel they can't trust the current players to be good. Minging is pretty much gone, because, like in a real apocalypse, if you fuck with someone, and that person hasn't been mean to anyone, you generally end up being shunned into leaving :P. It's a working system. The server is still under semi-construction, but the only thing they haven't yet added is PHX, Wire (and even then only the models) and a fuel system. Your technically allowed to build bases and vehicles, but that is semi-shunned by some of the admins. I have only ever experience one adminge, and that was because it was his last day before being demoted. I don't have the exact IP, but look around for the VM tag, as it's their only server, and it will be under gm_atomic most likely.
Like a lot of servers, it's only findable out of game, with Steam's browser.
