Most likely the new map will generate a sea nearby with a beach therefore you'll have your estate by the sea even without going too far from the first town so don't worry.

Personally I believe there is nothing wrong with Osku and I both leading the town, as long as he doesn't abuse /give or order the people to do stupid stuff, like build houses that nobody lives in. He has a thing about not knowing how towns grow. But yea, we live on opposite sides of Earth, so it would be good for making sure the town had direction almost 24/7

Orginally the Creeppavally were build by players, i only gave away abandoned houses, and banned user's houses.
