If you have a board of ministers you will have a collection of lesser perks with each minister. If you have a dictatorship the dictator will have a small amount of larger perks. If you have a democracy your parliament as a whole will have a small amount of medium perks and your leader will have a large amount of lesser perks. Never have I used the word "perks" so much in a paragraph.

i can't see that working out, honestly. The whole allure of these games is that everyone depends on you and what you say. I mean, c'mon, next you'll take tech trees and xp points.

The most it does is if you have a Minister of Defense he may be able to increase the morale of the nation. Some Ministers may be especially good at orchestrating espionage missions, leading to far less failure.

I think this will just add to the confusion. But It is a neat factor So what would my propaganda minister Goseph Joebbels boost me in?
