I'm going to give up the Ottoman Empire to become Mexico after this turn.

You can leave the Ottoman Empire and change to Mexico but if you were to allow Russia to take all of the Ottoman Empire you could count on Russia descending into shit and then the entire world economy would just fuck itself over.

I can agree with this, if something pops up, attempt to tell us, with a quick post. Or quickly messaging me or someone else on steam so they can notify the people in the thread. To not keep us sitting on false hope.
But there are much better ways to tell face than what you did.
