With shifting economies, the world is in a wild movement towards green energy. Some don't have the strength to pull through with the plan, and revert back to oil production. The reliance on oil is slowly lessening, but it is still continuing each day. Some countries begin to act sadistic towards each other in hopes of getting the last drops of oil in each region. While it isn't depleted, oil is nearly 90% gone.

-The war in Syria continues on, with the rebels taking an advantage over the Syrian government. The country is divided now, the rebels controlling the east, the government controlling the west.
-Southern Sri Lanka is invaded by Myanmar(Burma) for reasons of "expansion". India trys to assist Sri Lanka, but there is no active army that could survive getting through the decimated southland of India. Myanmar troops begin to shoot Red Cross members and army troops who are helping to save the people of Sri Lanka.
-A minor territorial war sprouts up in Southern Africa between the nations of Namibia and Botswana. Botswana bit out parts of Namibia's "handle". Namibia is threatening to completely invade Botswana after it's demands for territory are rejected. Angola is yet to comment, drowning in its music and tourism.
-The Al-Shabaab soldiers in Somalia cut a claim of land as their own and name the land "Adaro". Canada has already sent troops to fight the rising nation but no help is brought along.
-Fights between Palestine and Israel continue, with Palestine making large advancements in the east, and Israel nearly wiping out the coastal area. Countries are forced to take sides.
-A cure for Prostate Cancer has been found, but the prices of it are drastically ramped up. Only the rich can afford it.

-Many government warehouses are overcrowded. New ones are created to lessen the problem.
-Forces are sent to Greece in hopes of calming the public and maintaining order. Small riots break out but the area remains calm for the most part.
-WikiLeaks reveals that the United Kingdom is looking into Plasma Weaponry.
-Attempts at building new naval craft have failed, as the funds for such high tech craft are not available.
-Military forces are sent to India in hopes of keeping the peace and relieving the disaster. The issue with Sri Lanka and Myanmar is yet to be addressed.
-The United Kingdom pledges to economically help out Israel but declines to get involved on a military basis.
-All funding to private schools is cut, and sent to other countries in hopes to pay off debt. The move works to an extent, but many outraged parents demand that the private schools get government funding.
-Bomb shelters are mass produced. The money is seen as wasted by many people; some people see it as a brilliant move by the government.
-A private company has started to create vertical farms through the UK. Confusion washes over the masses.
-David Cameron is impeached. The reasons are withheld from the public. A woman known as Maria Hourston steps in, but she is not known to have a very political background.
-The UK starts integrating it's economy with Iceland, a massive purchasing of nearly all of Iceland's local businesses begins as the U.K urges Iceland it to start using the Quid.
-The United Kingdom backs out of the "Eurozone" and disassociates itself with many European countries. France and Spain are outraged.
-Marijuana is officially legalized and is grown in mass amounts. People celebrate its legalization like a holiday. The revenue from the product draws in a good haul for the government.
-All rights that were given to religious organizations are removed. Taxes are forced upon them. Religious extremists demand justice, but most of the population is satisfied. Two bombings have occured since the change was made, based upon the change. Many more are expected to come.
-Many politicans step out of office, opening up seats for people from a company known as "Globotech", the private company that started creating vertical farms.
-Julian Assange dissapears. Nobody knows his current location.
-A woman from Oxford claims to have seen another universe, one in which Canada rules the world.
-Someone has reported seeing "Zombies" after a Globotech research building fire. Globotech has yet to comment. The person reporting "Zombies" has died of wounds.
-The economy has taken a massive hit, and unemployment is slowly rising. Many people blame this on "Globotech" and begin to riot.

-The war games have finally ended and all of the cadets who participated in them have their training times cut in half.
-A new weapon known as the PK12 is adapted by the army as the standard LMG. It has very bad issues with recoil and jamming, and some soldiers refuse to use it over the PKP.
-Russian snipers participate in an international shooting tournament. They finish 13th out of 30 countries.
-The Russian Navy and Air Force is sent to Israel to help patrol the intense area. Planes fly overhead, monitoring the action the best they can.
-(They have arrived and are looking for anything suspicious.)
-A sanction is placed upon the nation of Israel, with Russia demanding the military actions to stop or else Russia will get involved. To go with this, all trade is blockaded away from Israel.
-Saudi Arabia is offered weapons, but refuses them. Egypt and Palestine receive weapons to fight against Israel. Egypt officially declares war on Israel, stating that it is the best thing to do to protect interests.
-Russian diplomats hurry to the UN to state that in the scenario of Russia getting involved in combat with Israel, it will not use chemical or nuclear weapons.
-The news of the assassination is released, and it slightly affects Putin's current position in the election.
-The election is put off for another month, causing thousands to riot. These riots are silenced with tear gas and rubber bullets. One man attempting to plant a bomb on subway tracks.
-Russia begins to invest into a cure for HIV/AIDS and makes minor steps forward in finding a cure.

-In worry of an possible invasion, guard towers and outposts are placed outside of high population areas. These areas are often concealed from the public. Some people begin to theorize that Poland is planning to switch to a dictatorship. Conspiracies appear everywhere. One man even states that the stained carpet will rise and overthrow the government.
-The military begins to run drills to prepare for invasions. Mainly getting out of bed, getting dressed, and getting to the posts as fast as possible. A general once emerged at his post in nothing but boxers. He sleeps with his clothes on now.
-Guns are eliminated from public use outside of shooting ranges. The only people allowed to use firearms in public are police and military forces. Due to this law, many robberies and shootings spring up. People demand that they should be allowed to have guns.
-Poland begins to share technological resources with Ukraine to help unite the countries and form an alliance. (Poland is getting that Ukrainian pussy.)
-The Israeli attacks on Palestine are condemned by the Poles and people send resources to Palestine in an effort to help.
-An alliance is formed with the Czech Republic.
-Research begins on a new tank. It's artistic name is "PL-1". Classy.

-The military is on watch, but it isn't attempting to grow. Some of the higher officers are working with scientists to test different things with some of the animals that have been collected; this is of course, in a government funded project.

People start to become suspicious of the Madagascar government. Drugs such as Cannibis, LSD, and ecstacy are legalized. Many people begin to have heart attacks due to overusing ecstacy.
-Madagascar begins to work with Angola, helping to created MASSACRED. It will only trade with those inside MASSACRED. As a friendly gesture, a dozen Sparrow Hawks have been sent to Angola and South Africa.
-The budget has been spread out across multiple areas, mainly food and scientific research. Some believe that Madagascar is at risk from invasion by another country.

-Universities begin to spring up across the country, mainly focusing on science. People begin to attend them, and as time passes the prices go down to attend a university.

-AIDS research is continued and the biotechnology industry is invested in heavily, having massive expansions. AIDS is nearly cured, with only some minor things needing to be adjusted with the cure before it works completely.

-Armored vehicles are sent into the slums to try clear them of Cartel members and smalltime gangs. -The navy begins to patrol the waters after rumors surface of Cartel members using submarines. This turns out to be false, however, some major finds are made. Many drug dealers are caught and executed on the waters.
