This concept still doesn't work. You need a dozen more admins, a password "nokilling" that's in the title, and a rules dialog with a verification (paragraph 6: press 4 to accept these rules or something like that).
And generally an admin plugin for specifying special game rules like "no capping" or "hide and seek mode"
(Yes, all of that should be entirely possible, and no, I'm not gonna buy kick rights)
Well Hexx has his ultra cool !msay rule boxes that give rules of the games.
And while we do need admins, we need to boot the ones that haven't joined since BECOMING an admin.

Model is props_halloween/ghost.mdl and anim is idle.

1. Is it scoots must only flee or can they take pot shots at heavies?
2. Is there any restrictions on heavies?
the heavies are the ones who are fleeing
the scoots kill the heavies
No heavies can do anything. And the scoots are supposed to try to kill the heavies. So the number of heavies should be 1/3 or 1/4 the server. Maybe 1/6, 1/8 if there's enough people.

Zombie fortress? Ah I remember that it bridged when I played tf2 between full on srs faggotry and Facepunch servers. Basicly melee scoots,heavies and spies try to kill the survivors basicly the zombie mode from CSS with classes.
