Server's empty ATM, so I'm going to do some "testing".
Testing to see what's safe to ent_remove and what's not.

The glass doors in spawnrooms like 2fort (Not completely confirmed)
Cap points
Safe to delete:
Those Arrow signs on Hydro
Props spawned by you or another admin
Medkits/Ammo packs
Pumpkins/iPumpkins spawned by the pumpkin plugin
Exterior spawn doors (Garage doors)

This is the addon that has safe deletion: [url=http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=730251]Roleplaying Tools[/url].
I suspect that the creator of this plugin is really daft, since he states that the plugin doesn't do checks if you try to remove players with db_remove but as far as I know it does. He also spells duplicate 'dublicate', ah well.
It'd be wise if you tested deletion thoroughly though.

I think every admin has root, which is kinda bad, because, there are some who fuck around and don't know what they are doing...
But in the otherhand, Joparri hes like the only legendary root admin that can do the most insane shit, but theres no crashes, he got a crash-hack or something???

well he did tie everything together with Daxxy if i knew more about the server and FTP i might have been a bigger help to him and such but oh well. dont wanna really get into detail about all that technical stuff plus he does it great.

Erm... Usually if you don't upload them fully, like you disconnect before the file is verifed or something i dunno, sometimes... SHIT HAPPENS, you just gotta remove and re-upload
