I can't see the cloaked spies unless they insist on running around on a empty cloak meter with C&D or they bump into me, also, don't forget this skin pack is in its beta stages so theres bounds to be something wrong with it
Also another thing to point out, when the spy is FULLY cloaked, there will be no seeable World model, nor can this be modified, as the Video effects ingame will make sure its invisible fully,
