Plus regardless of skin mods, you can't modify the spies fully cloaked, because its a ingame valve that controls the transparent of the model and textures

We were playing 1 v all (I was a disguised, cloaked spy) and I was running with a relatively full cloak bar, and he could still see me, and attacked me. And sometimes when I stood still (with full cloak) he attacked me.
