My server is full and flurishing, you can check the player count at the top of the page. So ill leave you be, if you can tell me I have this stright. My server is populated because it is doing it wrong, your needed to ask hwo to get people to join because it was doing it right?

The icon has been fixed before you posted. And the quote about awesome in the name was placed due to the irony of his name if you failed to catch that.

I love when games end that way. I believe the Jihad is balanced because of the cost of using it, plus there is alot of room for error. If they get behind a wall or kill you before you blow up it's foiled.

Also I could not find in the log any signs of mass rdm aside from you. Also the ban made me more confident in my admins. I agree with all but one.
Our server is full 16 hours a day weekdays and on weekends it usually doesn't hit 0 players from Friday - Monday.
We created a hatstore that was made just for the server. It has about 30 hats you can buy and another 70 that can be obtained through a TF2-like drop system and other special ways. Your hat disappears when you turn your disguise on and all players have the option to disable hats completely. All custom/TF2 hats are also disabled automatically if a player does not have the respective content mounted or installed.
Just saying, people love that kind of stuff, but I agree most servers don't do it right and it kind of messes with the gameplay. We stick to the code that none of the bonus fluff that comes with the server should affect the gameplay in any way, which is also why all of our donator bonuses are purely cosmetic/non-gameplay affecting. I have never heard anyone complain about the hatstore in the year it has been on, or any of the other bonuses in the last two years.

Yes, the jihad bomb might be [b]fun[/b] for messing around, but it is the single most retarded weapon ever to be made for TTT, and goes against the whole point of the game.
In fact the majority of custom weapons people put on their servers are awful because they have no concept of balance.

We try to create a much more relaxed gaming environment in our server. Rather then strict structure and rules we use more of one event at a time judgement. Rdm is discouraged by very strict karma and also good playing habits encouraged by the point shop system. I the event a play is rdming they will be banned. I would like to say our definition of rdm is Random Death Match, not a person kills another of the same team. This allows for traitors to convince innocents to kill each other and frame people with out punishing those who are simply playing the best they can with their knowledge at the time. Another important change is that the ratio of t's is higher. I found traitors lost more often then they won, also this keeps player happy as they are a t more often.

I think you should learn to take criticism and make your server a better experience, if that is what you are truly aiming for, no ttt server NEEDS trails or hats. Just make a server hosting the game mode. And we'll give you criticism if we think its bad, and you can fix that if you want. we're just giving you our feedback. And nothing is wrong with that

This is the criticism I get back, hardly constructive.
Some of it has been useful. The trails point, the bug report on the texture missing.
The goal was not to "just make a server" there’s a ton of empty server that are vanilla. (and I know of 3 people that messaged me because they bought as server only running vanilla because I would send them my server files)
What I don't appreciate is how far people go out of the way to fabricate some terribly executed lies. “This is actual gameplay footage of this server.“ but in reality he went on my server rdmed to try to get a response, didn't then just spliced footage together to remove context, that is not feedback, it's raging.
