Their government dissolved and we're using the French forces to keep order. There is no occupation force, we're using French troops. Which are now under our control. We are commanding these troops in our sectors as per the wishes of the former French government in defense of the French nation- indefinitely. Because I don't want to have such a large responsibility, the Swedes are going to take part of my area. It's basically like what happened with West Germany after WWII.

There will be angry people but it won't be enough to fuck too many things up unless somebody spurs it on.
