One is Hungary. Poland is in between East Germany and Russia and there is another one IIRC but I don't know what it is.

I believe that they were Soviet puppets. I really have no clue. Poland is the tan one, but I don't know about the other two.
It's independent, I guess. It's not Portuguese, there's a subtle difference in color.
