Here are some problems with your map. 1. Catalonia is too large. It's just those 4 provinces in the north-eastern corner of Spain you've got Catalonia, Aragon, Navarre, Basque Country, AND Cantabria there. 2. While they were more autonomous regions of their respective countries, Sardinia and Corsica were never fully autonomous and were still completely governed by their respective nations. Ergo Corsica should still be French and Sardinia should still be Italian 4. I told you. Give Denmark to Obnobs or Germany. Or let them have the same voting thing that Arabia did, by province. Removed the included Spanish provinces of Aragon, Navarre, Basque Country, and Cantabria 2. The Netherlands restored to their former territorial borders prior to the Annexation War of the USSR 3. Sardinia and Corsica returned to their proper nations, Italy and France respecitvely 4. Denmark marked as neutral territory for legislative voting on whether or not to join Scandinavia, Germany, or become independent AS PER MY WISHES. 4b. The provinces of Denmark that will be given votes: North Nordjylland, South Nordjylland, Midtjylland, East Midtjylland, West Midtjylland, North Syddanmark, South Syddanmark, Sydd Island, Sjaelland, and Hovedstaden (Currently known as Bormholm) 5. Malta returned to the British.

I intend to separate the Belgians and the Dutch. Corsica and Sardinia stay. Denmark stays. We worked this out last night- we're releasing Iceland and Greenland completely, but Denmark is returned as an NPC under pre-war government. That was specifically in the discussion. I don't care what your wishes are, you dropped out of Denmark and no longer have any say over it. In fact, Denmark returning to pre-war status was one of the terms of peace with the European alliance. Hence it was liberated from British control. If you want to ignore previous conditions, then the Swiss should be determining what happens to it, not you and not me, but we agreed to return it to pre-war, as an ally of the Republican Germans. Malta will go to the British next turn. I'm not revising [i]again[/i] this turn, but I'll agree to that. I'm not going by real-world historical precedent, I'm going by what I feel will best balance the power of Europe, and allow for cultural independence.

And mine are correct based on my goals. You can go and deal with your own land, I'm choosing how to divide up my land how I wish. You do not get a say beyond what I wish to hear on the matter. I've cleared that map with the Germans, UCEF, and Swiss. I am giving them a say in the matter. You had your say just then, and I disagree (although you shouldn't have had a say because you are not a regional power and the way you mouthed off in negotiations over Africa). You all seem to forget that I have no benefits in separating the USSR, that I'm doing this completely voluntarily, and that I'm being generous by considering anyone's opinions in the matter. I'm about ready to just absorb the states again and keep the USSR whole.

The colours of Italy and Ireland should be switched. It doesn't make sense for Italy to stand out so brightly as the remainder of Europe is a dark hue. It makes even less sense for Ireland to take not green, but a shade predominantly associated with the British!

Right, because me offering 2/3 of a nation he has no right to whatsoever is not being reasonable. I offered to give him land, for free. I almost walked out of negotiations because you can't control your tone and were acting like Arabia had some right to land and wanted more. You are looking a gift horse in the mouth, and I'll have none of it. I'm trying to make Europe a better place by voluntarily dissolving an empire and giving cultures their place. Arabia and the UCEF had problems with this, I negotiated with the UCEF and will continue to, and after talks with the Arabians I was willing to give them some land, which is an improvement from not giving them any. Instead, you can't deal with that and want more, more, more. The fact that I was giving him any, or offering any, is an improvement from him needing to take it by force. Sobotnik has final say on colors.

Yes the land was taken through war with the Danish, but it isn't in Europe and I did not agree to a concession. Ergo, it stays under Canadian control with their representatives in Parliament. The only reason the USSR is being split up and Denmark is being given autonomy is because you and Switzerland agreed to it. I also didn't reject your proposals. Actually the final agreement was that Tunisia would have a National Referendum and Lybia would have a referendum by region or some shit after a pitch is made by Arabian Empire.
