That isn't at all, what I wanted to suggest. Seed Eater wants to annex Switzerland. The point I am trying to make is, why is this such a big deal? While he's at it he can have Luxembourg and Wallonia. East Germany can have the Netherlands. Portugal can have Spain and Catalonia. Austria can have North Italy. The People's Caliphate can have Sicily and Southern Italy. The following turn, we can work out France so all the surrounding states get a fair share. I just solved Europe. Is this been naive?
