If by massacre you mean civil war then I doubt Communism won't survive without a bitter and bloody fight. Face even said the Austrians wouldn't take the transition to a Communist approach so lightly.

I don't think they would like Fascism either. So in the end, there would still be some unrest and potentially a civil war anyways.

Then again the RP's world history is so twisted at this point that I doubt Hitler and Mussolini will ever exist, which in return the ideas of Nazism and Fascism will never be born.

Nazism is not. East Germany has (Or Had) a very large Fascist problem, Until I took care of it.

They were under German communism before. they had the good stuff, and they illogically decided they wanted the not-as-good. The Swiss lived under my brand of communism for a turn, they would know the benefits. Plus, I fed and clothed their refugees. I kept things running. I even housed them in my nation.
