Just saw a "map" of the Current condition in Europe. I hate to say it but I think we need a more non biased map maker cause this: is [i]clever[/i] but still no bueno to me. China is lying to you. The only reason he wasn't in the original treaty is because he didn't want to drag us into his war with Oceania.

This is true, from what I gather. He was there when we did the alliance terms and agreed to them. He just didn't want us to get involved with Oceania and even brokered the deal about how to split the land up with Ven (Ven isn't getting any Oceanianian land, though).

Regardless I, along with my allies, find your "deal" unjust and are going to decline.

Any room for another player? Even after (during?) this war, it seems the world's fairly evenly split between existing nations.

Sure, but I suggest not joining as anybody in the European mainland. So that pretty much leaves England. Or you could join as Russia, either is safe at the moment.
