Ok who the hell keeps thinking dreadnoughts can be built. Nobody has invented the steam turbine yet, and you only just mastered the use of steel hulled ships. There is also a lack of the heavy long ranged ship guns.

(Minus women) -Thailand and Cambodia are fully brought into the Chinese sphere of influence, and they begin to support China more whilst carrying out Chinese policies by themselves. -Most of the budget not spent on military is spent on telephones, and even then it is military focused. Telegraph poles are quickly turned into telephone poles and locomotives full of coils of wire and logs funnel out over the country to plant them. -The increase in telecommunications causes ideas to spread more rapidly and communication distances to shrink massively. -The huge industrial output of China has begun to financially hurt foreign factories in all countries, minus in fields it has yet to invest into and Socialistic nations. (Due to subsidies) -The Chinese people are more confident than ever, and the nation begins to exert a growing cultural, economic and social influence on the rest of the world. It does little as the guns of the steel steamships are proven to be more effective. -The Colombian navy decimates the Mexican, the latter consisting primarily of obsolete ships. -A invasion is focused on the Yucatan peninsula. -The industry of the nation is focused into the war effort. Being the second most powerful nation in the Americas against an ailing Mexico the war effort goes extremely well. -Advancing forces are halted a few dozen Kilometres from Mexico city in order to let supply lines and reinforcements catch up in order to overcome the last of the resistance offered by the Mexican army. Theories about Genetics and Evolution shock some of the locals and prove to be of great use to their rulers. -Automobile production begins to appear in workshops throughout the country, although not on a particular standard yet, causing all kinds of odd contraptions to trundle about the roads of the empire. -A large festival for the end of the Rhineland war is announced, and many are able to come and enjoy the celebrations and rejoice at the end of the war. It is a tiny cigar shaped metal box that is driven by a compressed air engine. It has no weapons, and must resurface within the hour. -The war with the USSR comes to an end, and treaties drawn up. A large portion of Western -Germany is granted to the Communists. The Netherlands are abandoned and the armies of all powers demobilise. -The government switches to peacetime economic development and production now that the bloody war has taken place. Most political dissent quickly dies down due to war exhaustion though. -A strong hatred of Communism is encouraged by the government. This, along with the paramilitary groups formed during and after the war that fought Communists have led to the Völkisch movement. -The minority groups that led Communist groups are being put under increasing discrimination. -The Völkisch movement to reunify Germany begins, it is concentrated in Bavaria, with the most popular being the Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei. The Reichstag is reformed, and begins to work again. This union stresses the importance of transparent trade, decentralisation, shared research, no pre emptive or offensive wars and the work towards common goals. -With the peace having broke out, the commune project in the USSR begins to spread to here and slowly gain momentum. Although they are tiny in number, these communes can be said to be the worlds only true adherents of Marxism, with the dictatorship of the proletariat having established these communes. -Massive social and political reforms are made elsewhere in the USSR and West Germany, in order to ease the transition to Communism. -Prison and capital punishment is abolished, with the focus on rehabilitation. This is eventually shown to be an extremely effective method at treating crime. However its spread and effect will take a generation to make large changes. -The dictatorship is abolished, and local democracy implemented. -With the subsidies from the USSR and rapid reforms made, the government of this nation begins to slowly fade away due to a lack of need for it. The people see little reason to intervene elsewhere. -Brazil offers full support to the USA, and begins to ferry supplies and war credit to the nation. -Brazilian businesses also begin to spread there. -Similar support is also granted to Ireland, and the small nation falls heavily under its influence. -Automobile production is heavily encouraged, with the first commercial factories on the continent and workshops starting up. It is very ad hoc however, and there is demand to control their production and the construction and maintenance of roads. -In response, the government begins a large highway project to connect all the major cities of South America. In the process, the rainforest is clearcut to make way for progress. Many native tribes heavily resent this and offer the last massive struggles of resistance against the foreign intrusion. -Many Brazilians are killed in the process, and many die from the diseases and multiple species the forests provide. -To compensate, massive investments into medical research is made which helps the people of Brazil to further push into the hinterland. -The capitalists of the Empire demand a reform which will allow them to relocate natives when those with a Brazilian citizenship demand it, and to use force when necessary. -Censuses are carried out, showing the population to be rapidly growing and the people having massive faith in their government. -The San Paulo stock exchange becomes a major world stock exchange. -Portuguese spreads into the recent annexations of Brazil as the Lingua Franca. -The pope relocates to San Paulo on invitation of the government, and the Catholic faith is heavily promoted within the country. -International trade expands exponentially in this growing nation, and the people begin to slowly get more interested in foreign intervention as their links and influence abroad grows. -The Mexican enclave at the north of the country is annexed by the Brazilian army. The crude methods and lack of knowledge on genetic engineering on this scale however yields almost no results minus a better knowledge of how these diseases spread, work and the best methods to currently utilise them. The Netherlands are left to their fate. -Funding goes back into infrastructure. The tunnels progress steadily under the Baltic sea, roads spread and railways bite into the soil of the earth. -Automobile production begins to spread in Scandinavia, focused mainly in small workshops. -Airplane production begins to slowly increase in Scandinavia, mostly composed of flimsy wooden and fabric machines. One of them successfully manages to fly 43 kilometres before crashing into a lake. This combined with triple expansion engines means a poor use of energy. Nonetheless, telephones and lightbulbs over the nation begin to light up. -Internal combustion engines are invested into, and as automobile workshops sprout up over the country, several boats are also designed with the same engines. Some of these things begin to be implemented in computer offices, and some begin to think of how they can be applied to the computers themselves. The first prototypes crawl out of a factory. -A sticky imflammable liquid is produced, having similar properties as that of Greek fire. -Diplomatic relations with Saudi Arabia improve as railways are extended into the country, and diesel locomotives introduced. -The plan to find a genetic heir of Muhammed fails due to it being discovered that he and his descendants, had over the period of 1300 years sired a large number of illegitimate children, witnessed countless divorces and remarriages, deaths, births and the such. By the end of this year the number of possible heirs is found to be at least in the millions. -Electrical power generation begins, but is horribly inefficient. -The vacuum tube is developed from the lightbulb, and a cathode ray tube begins to be used in scientific experiments. -Oil drilling and distilling is heavily invested into, and the nation begins to rely more heavily on this fuel source. -Steel hulled ships begin to slide out of shipyards. -Large social reforms with regards to healthcare, education and wages are carried out in the empire. [img]http://i.imgur.com/jDvDN.png[/img] Mexico – Firefox42 -The war with Colombia shocks the Mexican government, which under the strain of war quickly loses vast amounts of land. -As the Colombian army begins to shell Mexico city, a former government minister commits suicide after despairing at how 20 years of inaction brought Mexico from being the most powerful state in the New World to a collapsing hellhole of poverty. -Peace is declared on Canada, and the meagre forces redirected from the front move south to Mexico City to defend it to the end. -The government attempts all it can towards the war effort and repairing damage caused by the war, but such efforts are ultimately in vain. -The Texan army manages to push out the Mexicans, obtain control of their old cores, and finally declares itself to be the successor state of the older Texas. The sudden cut of all war subsidies to Canada cripples the military. -With the invasion of the USA, and funnelling of supplies to the USA by Brazil, the Canadian offensive is suddenly halted and then pushed back. -The Canadian military first has a general retreat, followed by complete collapse of the military. -A early submarine powered by compressed air is introduced, and begins to slowly operate. -Drafts and massive reforms are carried out, but little attention is given to them due to the collapse of the army. -The government cedes some land to Mexico, but due to the collapse in Mexico the land is not ruled at all, leaving the residents to rule themselves. The USSR views it with extreme hostility. -Trade tariffs are slashed massively, paving the way for a laissez faire economy to take root. -A massive reform movement to rebuild Ireland begins, with forced enclosure of the potato farms and relocation of people to the growing industrial cities. -Agriculture and industry begins to quickly grow with subsidies from abroad. -Dissent is crushed very rapidly by the army. This along with some census reports reveal that the people of Madagascar are dissatisfied with their insane government. The gladiator combat and name change are hated most of all. Not to be an immediate nag, but you seem to have forgotten to dissolve the USSR to my liking, redistribute the USSR puppet land back to the UCEF, and hold the vote of Libya and Tunisia to join the Arabian Empire. These are all rather important issues, and trust me when I say that I'm not the only one who is going to be unsatisfied without those.
