Hmm, I'll go in there right now to sort out the stacking, next time try to alert an admin by posting here or contacting him through steam, it's unfortunate you got kicked for that but then again capslocking under false pretenses isn't exactly the right way to protest.

Also, an undefined number of regulars will have some rights such as votekicking and votebanning, these rights may be increased if I feel said regulars can be trusted. I'll call just call these people "respected" for convenience.
If you feel like you're a regular and you don't have any elevated rights, just wait and I might add you at some point in spacetime.
If you are not added at any point in spacetime, you either are not deemed worthy or I feel the list of respected is large enough and you're just unlucky. Read the next line.
If you nag me about this and ask me to give you these elevated rights, your chances of getting them get more slim each time you do so.
