I myself find that glitch not a reason to kick nor ban, not even as a 'the last drop'.
As far as I know we are a server that enforces good fun with regulation, 'serious play' is bullshit, for that you must visit ego servers or whatever.

All of what kikka is saying here checks out, of course there's two sides to it - as always.

1. We usually ignore anything that looks like spam or whatever, at least I do, but the rules are rather flexible on this and admins usually vary in strictness and defenition of spam.
Kikka has been an admin a number of times before, and the previous ones weren't that good.
As I am quite sure he wants to be a better admin this time he does the (perhaps not so) obvious - he's more strict and follows the rules more closely.
Obviously he also warns more, a warning is a very simple stop sign, upon which ignored leaves no reason for the admin not to punish a subject.
2. This provokes a very common scenario where the great arguments 'it doesn't matter that much anyway ' and 'you're ignoring what I say' clash. If an admin says you should stop, what, except for stubbornness keeps you from stopping? If it doesn't matter that much, why must you do it?
3. The integrity of votes is very low in fast-paced games like TF2, people indeed tend to switch to another weapon when in a vote and ignore it further. Still, a vote is a vote and it was merely the final push to a ban.

I'll unban you under the condition that you ignore Kikka, Kikka should also ignore you.
If kikka finds that you're once again specifically targeting him with whatever insults you lob at him he has no reason not to remove you.
To Kikka I'll say that you can ease up a bit, this still is Facepunch and the chat tends to be a bit spammy, there's only one definitive rule we have on chat and that's the Racism rule.
Also, if you do find yourself in a discussion with someone you know belongs to a certain group, it's a really bad idea to go and mock him for that.
Flaming only worsens the situation and never acts in your advantage, now ya'all lie down 'cause the blood pressure levels are a bit high.
I trust this works it out, I'll hear if it doesn't.

1. all i was doing was eating a sandwich as a heavy and said once 'EAT SANDVICHES FOR CHILDREN IN NEED' at that point i was muted. I didnt even apologise via parky

im not even bothered about the ban im just saying that you have a pretty terrible admin on your server (that apparently has hasd it removed before for abuse).
Kikkas part of being a good admin is a WIP currently at 70%, and I cannot say that he has done such terrible things that they should hunt him forever. This case is now rested after this post, should've been after crude's already.
I did what I thought a good admin was supposed to do.
