So basically here's the Luxembourg situation in full detail:
Luxembourg attempts to invade Belgium, they are quickly outnumbered by Belgian troops. Many people are confused as to why Luxembourg would do something so stupid.
The European Union expels Luxembourg, many embargoes are placed on the small land-locked nation causing a depression, shortage of resources and eventually starvation.
Luxembourg wasn't prepared for the brand new form of government (or lack thereof), so that also deepened the depression. So yeah, Luxembourg is fucked.
